Bio and the people's noses who are behind the product: Revlon was founded by Charles and Joseph Revson in the midst of the Great Depression, 1932, by Charles Revson and his brother Joseph, along with a chemist, Charles Lachman, who contributed the "L" in the Revlon name. Revlon's first fragrances were "Jean Nate" for women in 1935 and "Pub" for men in 1966. Revlon fragrances were made in collaboration with perfumers: Givaudan, Annie Buzantian and Judith Cross.
